Payment Information

  • Payment of $2400 covers the cost of all tournament fees throughout the season, player uniforms, hats, officials, etc.
  • Initial payment of $600 must be made by January 1 to secure a spot on our team. This payment is non-refundable.
  • THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AFTER THE START OF THE SEASON (FIRST TOURNAMENT)
  • Parents are responsible for the cost of travel to and from tournaments, meals, overnight lodging, etc.
  • Players must provide their own baseball pants (white), baseball gloves, batting gloves, helmets and shoes.*(catchers must provide their own catching equipment)

Payment for the Summer will be made in 4 credit card installments or the entire balance can be paid by January 1

Your team you are paying for is “2019 Summer Showcase”. 1⁄4 of the fee will be charged instantly ($600) another 1⁄4 will be charged each month until the balance is paid.  First payment must be made by January 1 to ensure a spot on the team.

We are offering an early bird discount on our College Coaches Camp which will be July 9-11.  If you register and pay for camp now with your team registration, the price for camp will be $350. If you decide to register early for the camp, $87.50 will be added to each of your 4 installments to pay for camp.

 If you register for camp after January 1, the price for camp will be $400

You only have to register once, payment will automatically be charged each month.

If you attend all scheduled events which includes tournaments, scout days, and all weekend games (practices are excluded) you will receive a $200 refund at the end of the summer season.
