Elite Baseball will be holding Sunday hitting sessions for high school baseball players. The purpose of these sessions is to make sure each player is maintaining the proper swing mechanics throughout their high school season.
Sessions will include
- Station work to improve mechanics
- Batting Practice to improve rhythm and timing
- Rapsodo technology for feedback
- Video Analysis of game swings (player must provide)
- Sessions are limited to 12 hitters for maximum reps
Session cost is $20 per session and registration is on a week to week basis. We will generally update the registration page Monday of each week. Registration is on a first come first serve basis. If we get a lot of interest, we may add more time slots. We will have a 10am session and an 11am session each Sunday. There are no refunds. Sessions are only open to High School age players
